Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest
- More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund (less transaction fees)
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund

2. Festive Periods / Public Holidays
Bookings during festive periods or long holidays may carry stricter cancellation terms, which will be stated during booking.
3. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the Company will process it to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation by the Company / Force Majeure
If the Company must cancel a booking (e.g. property damage, force majeure), it will provide a full refund or offer an alternative property/dates as appropriate.
