A booking is confirmed once you have paid (deposit or full amount) and the Company has verified your proof of payment (slip). A booking voucher is then issued to your account.

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include the stated service fees. Prices may change during festive periods or public holidays.

2. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Stay & House Rules

Guests must follow each property’s house rules, including check-in/check-out times, maximum occupancy, noise consideration for neighbours, and care of the property.

Guests are liable for the actual cost of any damage to the property during their stay.

4. Liability

We strive to provide accurate information but are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or from events beyond our reasonable control.
